Posted On: 09/07/2024 Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Dr Joe explained what would be needed before my exam and after the exam he also did a great job about the procedure I would need. His assistant Tami (?) was also very comforting. And the financial person to run my estimate explained every step and told me she would contact me when she received the coverage information. It was a great experience all around, starting with the ladies in reception! Thank you everyone 😊 Jo T

His standard policy has been to give me a phone number to reach him directly at any time outside of office hours, in the event that any post-operation problems or questions come up.
